In this workshop, the conclusion of our Series, we shall be focusing on the Root Chakra, the Muladhara Chakra, with the four-petaled lotus. We shall be grounding our energies, connecting to Mother Earth and remembering that to “ascend” requires that we are fully “descended” i.e. fully present within our physical form.

We shall be getting to the “root” of what ails us, the blockages or issues affecting this chakra and what triggers the “fight or flight” syndrome. Escapism and thoughts of “Beam me up, Scottie” may visit us in times of stress, anxiety and challenging situations. An open and fully functioning root chakra is our goal. Join us to learn ways to develop “staying power” in the face of negative influences and to fully accept our presence on Earth.

In our meditation and cosmic journeying we shall be visiting the ancient land of Mu at Uluru Rock, Australia (where we shall be connecting to fire/serpent energies), the Mayan pyramids in Baja, California, and then on to the planetary systems of Andromeda. We shall be connecting to and expanding the Ascension energies of the Earth above and below with the guidance of Masters Kuthumi, Isis, Archangel Michael and Merlin. As part of this process, we shall be acknowledging our ancestral heritage and co-responsibility for the Ascension of ourselves and planet Earth.
